Experienced HVAC Technician
Job Summary
The HVAC & Refrigeration Technician is a skilled tradesperson in charge of install and repair various air quality systems. Their main duties include locating and diagnosing maintenance problems on HVAC, Refrigeration equipment, conducting warranty services and quickly performing emergency repairs on certain equipment items.
The ideal candidate will communicate with both commercial and residential clients while working at a fast pace and completing tasks efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities
Removing old HVAC systems and refrigeration equipment.
Installing new systems & equipment.
Running pipe and duct systems through homes & businesses.
HVAC Diagnosis, perform routine & emergency maintenance.
Meeting local HVAC codes.
Training junior team members.
Communicating with clients and customers.
Diagnosis Walk-in / Reach-in: coolers and freezers, and Chillers.
Performing maintenance on refrigeration equipment.
Provide service of commercial splits systems.
Experienced Plumber or Journeyman Plumber
Job Summary
The Plumbing Technician is a skilled tradesperson in charge of installing, inspecting and repairing pipes and plumbing systems to make sure all of a building’s fixtures operate correctly. Their duties include finding the source of leaks and blockages, fixing or replacing broken parts and testing the plumbing system.
The ideal candidate will communicate with both commercial and residential clients while working at a fast pace and completing tasks efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out regular maintenance of plumbing systems at commercial and residential sites.
Perform installation of plumbing systems at new properties.
Inspect previously installed plumbing systems at commercial and residential sites.
Perform any necessary repairs to previously installed systems.
Answer calls for plumbing issues from general contractors.
Keep up to date with current safety regulations and requirements for the various plumbing systems a company installs and maintains.
Work carefully to follow all current regulations for plumbing work to ensure that all installed systems pass inspections.
Communicate well with clients to ensure client satisfaction.
Communicate well with team members and fellow employees.
Manage a work log.
Keep detailed reports of work done at various job sites.
Provide information regarding plumbing system upkeep to clients.
Mechanic
Job Summary
The mechanic is responsible for all phases of maintenance and repair. This includes preventative maintenance services to ensure proper performance, safety, and reliability. Some tasks will include fixing water lines, replacing piping, repairing, and replacing pumps and working on equipment.
MSHA and a general knowledge of mechanical skills is required.

Job Summary
In a skilled labor position, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to welding, fabrication, equipment operation and construction. Your primary role will be to contribute to the successful completion of HVAC, Plumbing & Refrigeration projects by utilizing your skills, as well as assisting with general maintenance and construction activities.
Welding and Fabrication:
Interpret and analyze blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings to determine welding requirements.
Perform welding operations using various techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, arc welding) to join and fabricate metal components according to project specifications.
Ensure the quality and integrity of welds by conducting inspections and tests to identify defects and make necessary adjustments.
Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment and tools to ensure proper functionality and safety.
Identify equipment malfunctions and report them to the supervisor for repairs or replacements.
2 years’ experience required; 3 years is preferred.
Construction Activities:
Assist in the construction and assembly of structural components using appropriate tools and equipment.
Conduct material handling, including loading and unloading supplies and equipment.
Apply epoxy coating on ceilings & floors.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project execution and timely completion.
1 year experience required, 2+ years is preferred.
Equipment Operator Activities:
Operate equipment on various job sites including commercial and mining.
Ability to operate & perform regular maintenance on equipment.
2 years’ experience required; 3 years is preferred.
Equipment Maintenance:
Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment and tools to ensure proper functionality and safety.
Identify equipment malfunctions and report them to the supervisor for repairs or replacements.
Skilled Labor Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Driver’s license & MSHA certification required.
Valid welding &/or fabrication certification(s).
Proven experience as a welder, fabricator, or construction worker.
Proficiency in welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and arc welding.
Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
Solid understanding of safety procedures and guidelines.
Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Own tools required. Tool assistance available after 90 days.
Bilingual proficiency desired but not required.
